Kent Lundberg
Outside of his family business duties, Dr. Lundberg is founder and president of Keeling Flight Hardware, Ltd. (an engineering consultancy), and he has taught on the faculty of M.I.T., Olin College, and Stanford University, specializing in analog circuit design and feedback control systems. He serves on boards and committees of nonprofit organizations in the Boston area, including Land’s Sake and The Museum of Science. He is a registered Professional Engineer in Massachusetts with a Ph.D. in electrical engineering from M.I.T.

This session will explore best practices in communication between the board, management and shareholders. What lines should be drawn, and where should the board focus its communication efforts? We’ll look at some of the communications dynamics that come into play with shareholders (especially family shareholders) and shareholder managers.
