Tara Bahn is the Director of Shareholder Services for The Clemens Family Corporation. In her role, she develops and administers shareholder policies, serves as the liaison between the company and family members’ legal, financial, and other professional advisors, and co-facilitates the Clemens Family Owners Board, the group responsible for creating shareholder governance policies that ensure sustainability of the business. In addition, she oversees the company’s stock register and all stock transactions.

Tara is a fifth generation family member who joined the company in 2014 as corporate counsel. She and her husband, Alex, live outside of Philadelphia with their 8 year old daughter and 6 year old son. Prior to joining the company, Tara spent ten years as an attorney in Washington, D.C. in both public and private practice.
