Marsha Everton is a Corporate Director and Advisor with an emphasis on strategy development and marketing for consumer-focused organizations. She consults on a range of strategy and governance issues, building on her in-depth experience with family-owned and majority shareholder businesses and with specific expertise in ESOP companies.
She currently serves on the fiduciary boards of Integrus Holdings, Inc. and The Fitzpatrick Companies Inc. and on the advisory board of Lion Brothers Company Inc. She previously served a 10-year term on the board of The Bon-Ton Stores, Inc. (NASDAQ listed). Marsha is a leading expert on the Millennial and Baby Boom generations, with research-based insights into the emerging intergenerational dynamics. As a Principal in The AIMsights Group, she consults with businesses on how to effectively reach their target markets, build awareness and gain competitive advantage. She serves as a Thought Partner to C-Suite executives to build a customer-focused business.

Prior to establishing her research and consulting practice, Marsha worked for over 20 years for The Pfaltzgraff Co., rising to the position of President & CEO. In a series of leadership roles, she developed Pfaltzgraff as the leading casual dinnerware brand and company in the United States. She has been widely recognized as a housewares industry leader, serving as President of the National Tabletop and Giftware Association as well as on the boards of the International Housewares Association and National Retail Federation.

Marsha is a member of the National Association of Corporate Directors, with recognition as a NACD Board Leadership Fellow. Her educational background includes a B.S. in Applied Biology from Georgia Institute of Technology and an M.B.A. from Stanford University.
