William (Bill) A. Hudson serves as the Chairman for Sasser Family Companies where he is also Ex-Officio member of their Governance, Audit and Compensation committees. The fourth generation to participate in the leadership of H.D. Hudson Manufacturing Company, a family-owned corporation dating back to 1905, where he serves as a director on their board and the Chairman of their Compensation committee. Bill also serves as President of H.D. Hudson Asia Limited, the company’s wholly owned subsidiary in Asia. He is also President of Tinkers & Thinkers, a design, development and trading firm in the U.S. and Asia. Bill serves on the board of directors of Hein Electric Supply Company, an electrical wholesale supply company in Wisconsin. Bill is on the advisory board of Environmental Systems Design, a global leader in engineering design, in Chicago and is an adviser for Advisory Board Architects. Bill also serves as Trustee-Treasurer for St. Eugene Catholic Church. Bill studied business and finance at the University of Wisconsin and Northwestern University.
